At Queen of Hearts Es, all items are handmade to order or sold as limited-stock, ready-to-ship pieces. Due to the nature of our products and for strict hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges under any circumstances.
No Returns or Exchanges
Once an order has been placed and processed, it is considered a final sale. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind, style preference, or shipping delays beyond our control.
Sizing & The "Replacement Nail" Option
We understand that getting your size right can be tricky! While we cannot accept returns or exchanges on nail sets that do not fit, we can offer replacement nails.
Replacement Nails: If a specific nail in your set doesn't fit, we offer the option to purchase individual replacement nails in your correct size. This allows you to complete your set without having to buy a brand-new one. Please contact us through our Contact Form and we can assist you with any replacements.
Responsibility: Customers are responsible for the cost of replacement nails and shipping. Please double-check your sizes using our sizing before ordering to ensure the perfect fit.
Damaged or Wrong Items
If there is a mistake on our part (e.g., you received the wrong design or the item arrived damaged), please contact us through our Contact Form within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photo evidence. We will gladly send out a replacement for the affected items.
Clearance & Ready to Ship
All items purchased from the Clearance section are strictly Final Sale. These items are not eligible for replacement nail options or any form of refund.
Cancellations
To maintain our fast shipping window of 1-2 business days, cancellations are only accepted within 2 hours of purchase. Once production has begun or a shipping label has been created, the order cannot be canceled.
