Shipping Exceptions

Lost or Stolen Packages: Once a package is shipped and tracking information is provided, it becomes the responsibility of the shipping carrier (e.g., USPS, FedEx, UPS). If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact the shipping carrier directly to initiate a claim or investigation.
